The room was immaculately clean, had an extremely comfy bed and a fridge, a microwave, and air conditioner. We really enjoyed affable staff.

All the facilities were excellent, and if you need there's free parking on-site. Employees were affable and helpful all the time.

Wi-Fi was slow, such poor room.

Amicable and exceptional staff, the best attitude. Stunning, brilliant setting just next door to the Holland Park tube station, several cafes and restaurants & supermarket.

The room was spotless and modern with a nice kitchen, all the basic essentials, as example, we got everything needed. Staff was amiable and exceptional entire time of our stay.

Satisfied with its good price and marvellous and stunning location. Very very helpful and extremely helpful staff, we felt safe.

All in all had just perfect experience on vacation.

We greatly enjoyed the venue and its great and incredible setting. It was close to a mall and a market too.

We stayed there for the holiday, had a nice experience. Staff was friendly and exceptional, the service was great. Slept well on a very comfy bed. Really enjoyed functional bathroom. There was kitchenette with everything you need.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. the shower had good water pressure. the staff was helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the property itself was cute and well-decorated.

The lack of air conditioning was a huge inconvenience, especially during the hottest days in England's history. Opening the windows didn't help much due to the loud street noise and traffic.

The location was marvellous and magnificent and the excellent facilities were available. The host met us and explained everything. It had a kettle, under-floor heating and an iron to use. Appreciated a bath in bathroom.

Tbh, the room was very hot.

In our opinion, it's a perfect base for travelling to London. It has incredible, unbeatable setting.

From start to finish - a really great experience for one night. Marvellous setting really close to the Shepherds Bush or Holland Park tube station as well as Westfield shopping mall and other local shops or restaurants, and a quiet residential area.

This place is amazing and located in a beautiful area, I was really happy with the bathroom and the fact that there was a microwave available.

We stayed for 3 night and loved our stay. It was in a marvellous place.
